Best Time to Visit Vietnam

The best time to visit Vietnam is during the months of February to April and August to October. Winter Season in Vietnam
The northern part of Vietnam has the coldest winters. The Sapa, Mount Fansipan region of Vietnam is the coldest in December. The season is cloudy, and most secluded valleys receive early winter rainfall, mainly in Halong Bay. The months of November - December is the rainy season in the Hoi An and Da Nang regions, with some typhoons over the Pacific. The guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel then transfer to Halong bay. Having a short break at a stopover in Hai Duong Province.

12.00 ? 12.30: Embark on Lavender Cruise followed by a short cruise briefing and enjoy welcome-drink. Check in the cabin.

13.15: Enjoy lunch with sampling regional fresh seafood while cruising on exquisite water, passing Incense Burner Island, Fighting Cock islet, Stone Dog? Lavender Cruise will bring you to explore HaLong Bay on the most wonderful route where just a few cruises go through.

08.00: Visit the Surprising Cave (Hang Sung Sot) discovered by the French in 1901. Opened for tourists since 1936, now it is a must-to-see and a symbol of the geological value of Halong.

09.30: Check-out time. Then relax on the sun deck or inside the restaurant to enjoy the bay?s scenery.

10.15: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch while cruising back to the pier.
12.00: Check out the cruise. Our car will be at your disposal to pick you up and then drive back to Hanoi.

Hanoi - Hoa Lu-tam Coc- Hanoi (B)

After breakfast we head out of the city and drive through rural northern Vietnam to the site of the country?s very first capital, Hoa Lu. We visit the temples dedicated to emperors of the Le Dynasty dating

Back around 1000 years and view the remains of the ancient Hoa Lu Citadel. If time permits, we?ll also take a half-hour walk into the surrounding limestone karst hills for spectacular views of the area.

This afternoon, sit back and relax on board your private sampan for a boat trip through Tam Coc.

Away from the regular tourist trail, we pass through cave formations and fields of lotus (most beautiful in the Summer) before reaching Bich Dong pagoda. From here we transfer back to Ha Noi .

The package price will be deducted as per the following conditions strictly. No refund will be entertained without receiving a cancellation request effective from the date of receipt of the letter. 

Notice less than 60-46 days:  25% cost will be deducted
Notice less than 45-31 days:  50% cost will be deducted
Notice less than  30 days:    No Refund

Note: No refund will be given to people who are unable to complete the trip or abandon it due to any reasons.

  • The digital copy of the Indemnity form duly filled, signed and emailed to the company along with the booking amount. 
  • It will be deemed that the booking & payment policy is accepted by the clients while making bookings with the first deposit amount. 
  • If the client is forced to cancel the booking prior to departure, the cancellation policy will be followed.
  • In case of any delay beyond our control, the client will have to bear extra cost for the extra days as per the option is chosen on per day basis.
  • Please note and be well informed that there will be no refund of money after the package commences and if one cannot complete the activity or gets sick enroute. 
  • The cost is for the entire package and there would be no refunds in case any part of the package is not availed.

  1. It is in the nature of a holiday of this kind to be flexible. The day-to-day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour are taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to conflict, international or internal flight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures, and disputes.
  2. The booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in the holidays of this kind. The organizer along with our leaders/guides and anyone else working in association with us cannot be held responsible for any death, accident or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of, or services connected with the holiday. 
  3. Before the guests come on a holiday, they must be covered by insurance, which has to include the cost of helicopter rescue, evacuation and cost of repatriation if they become too ill to continue. It is recommended that travel insurance should cover adventure activities undertaken. We can help you in case required
  4. The Company would not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising because of any mishap, sickness, accident, etc.
