Arrival in Copenhagen

Arrive at the Copenhagen international airport and transfer to your hotel for the night. Orient yourself with Denmark?s capital city at your leisure.

Copenhagen City Tour / Transfer to Aarhus
Aarhus

Copenhagen is Scandinavia?s biggest and most cosmopolitan city, seconded by medieval Latin architecture and tradition at the same time. Explore the Tivoli, Christiansborg Palace, the terraces of Nyhavn, and The Little Mermaid. Pass through Jutland to arrive at Odense. Visit the gothic cathedral and the house of Andersen before continuing to Aarhus. Check in to your hotel in Aarhus for the night.

Ferry to Kristiansand, Norway / Stavanger
Stavanger

Board a ferry to cross the North Sea, leaving Denmark behind and entering Norway. Arrive at the port of Kristiansand and enjoy a Norwegian coastal drive to Stavanger, a quaint port town that is popular for its fjord. Check into your accommodation for the night.

Bergen / Fjords of Norway

As you exit Stavanger, discover the Swords in Rock monument which gives insight into the viking history. Cross a vast scenery, tunnels and bridges to arrive at the coast of fjords of Norway. Take boat trips to explore the true essence of the fjords. An undersea tunnel here is the deepest in the world. Arrive at Bergen and take a funicular trip to Mount Fl?yen which offers amazing views of the town and Bergen fjord. Spend leisure time in the capital city of fjords.

Take a cruise between the cities of Gudcangen and Flam, exploring beautiful scenery around. Cross the snowy landscapes using the L?rdal Tunnel, one of the longest in the world. Visit Borgund?s 12th century wooden church which is considered Norway?s best-preserved medieval church. Arrive at Oslo, the capital city of Norway and spend time at your leisure.

Oslo City Tour / Transfer to Stockholm, Sweden

Embark on a city tour of Oslo, its vibrant modern architecture with its classical buildings, magnificent scenery and large parks with sculptures. It has been nominated the ?European green capital.? Post visiting the viking museum, cross the international border and enter Sweden as you reach Orebro, a town famous for its castle and lake. Continue to Sweden?s capital city, Stockholm and check into your hotel for the night.

Take a panoramic tour of this very beautiful capital city built on 13 islands joined together. We will see the Gamla Stand or the ?City between the Bridges?, the old quarter of the city, full of life where there are many monumental buildings such as the Nobel Museum, alongside the main square of Stortorget, which pays tribute to the winners of the Nobel Prizes, the Cathedral and the Royal Palace. Retreat back to your hotel for the night.

Enjoy your time in Stockholm at your own leisure till evening. Board a ferry travelling overnight to Finland. Experience accommodation on board and enjoy the gentle sea.

You can avail optional activities while in Stockholm such as Moose & Wildlife Safari, Nordic Skating, river canoeing, kayaking or dog sledding.

Enjoy an amazing sunrise on deck as you enter Finland. Disembark at Turku and continue to the village of Naantali. Catch a view of small, wooden houses by the sea as you reach Helsinki, capital of Finland and check into your hotel.

Suomenlinna Islands / Departure for airport
Helsinki

Explore Helsinki before taking a boat trip to Suomenlinna Islands. You can witness a great fortress that used to protect the sea entry to the city, it has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Come back to Helsinki and transfer to the airport for your flight back home.

Cancellation Policy
The package price will be deducted as per the following conditions strictly. No refund will be entertained without receiving a cancellation request effective from the date of receipt of the letter. 

Notice less than 60-46 days:  25% cost will be deducted
Notice less than 45-31 days:  50% cost will be deducted
Notice less than  30 days:    No Refund

Note: No refund will be given to people who are unable to complete the trip or abandon it due to any reasons.
Terms & Conditions
  1. The digital copy of the Indemnity form duly filled, signed and emailed to the company along with the booking amount. 
  2. It will be deemed that the booking & payment policy is accepted by the clients while making the bookings with the first deposit amount. 
  3. If the client is forced to cancel the booking prior to departure, the cancellation policy will be followed.
  4. In case of any delay beyond our control, the client will have to bear extra cost for the extra days as per the option chosen on a per day basis.
  5. Please  note  and  be  well  informed  that  there  will  be  no  refund  of  money  after the package commences and if one cannot complete activity or gets sick enroute. 
  6. The cost is for the entire package and there would be no refunds in case any part of the package is not availed
  7. It is in the nature of a holiday of this kind to be flexible. The day-to-day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour is taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to conflict, international or internal flight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures and disputes.
  8. The  booking  is  accepted  on  the  understanding  that  you  realize  the  potential  risks  and hazards that can be involved in holidays of this kind. The organiser along with our leaders/guides and anyone else working in association with us cannot be held responsible for any death, accident or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of, or services connected with the holiday. 
  9. Before the guests come on a holiday, they must be covered by insurance, which has to include the cost of helicopter rescue, evacuation and cost of repatriation if they become too ill to continue. It is recommended that the travel insurance should cover adventure activities undertaken. We can help you incase required
  10. The Company would not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising because of any mishap, sickness, accident etc.

Reservations booking requires a guest name. There are no options allowed to hold without names.


Accommodation requires a deposit - please refer to the due date mentioned on the booking confirmation.
