Arrival at Iquitos, Peru/embark Ship

Arrive at the Iquitos International airport in Peru and be welcomed by our representatives. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and then head towards the Amazon community. Embark the cruise ship by evening as you settle in to begin the great Amazon River journey.



Yarapa River / Clavero Lake

Set sail to the Yarapa River, a remote tributary of the mighty Amazon River, which is home to a number of songbirds and sloths. Have an opportunity to fish, guided by naturalists aboard the cruise. Later, navigate by specialized skiffs to the pristine Clavero Lake which reflects clear blue skies on its calm surface. Swim around in the lake or share experiences with the local villagers.



Yanallpa River / El Dorado River

Travel to the Yanallpa River. Disembark and explore the vast Peruvian Amazon Rainforest. Catch a glimpse of a plethora of wildlife ranging from 427 mammal species, 1,300 bird species, 378 species of reptiles to more than 400 species of amphibians. Jaguars, sloths, river dolphins, macaws, anacondas, glass frogs, and poison dart frogs form the tip of the ice berg.

Nauta Town

Board the ship again as you cruise along the Marañon River.



Yanayacu-pucate River / Lisboa Town

Catch the chance of bird watching early in the morning. Spend the day at leisure; swim, kayak, canoe in the river and spot the magnificent pink river dolphins.
Visit the Lisboa Town and assimilate with simple folk, school children and natural beauty of the village



Samiria River

Feast your eyes by the natural endowment of lush green forest and wildlife of the Amazon. Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the diversity of the forest. Post lunch, venture out into the river by skiffs as you explore nature. Grab the opportunity to fish.



Nauta Caño River/jungle Walk

Wake up in the morning to the beautiful Nauta Cano River. Venture out on a walk in the jungle, learning about the diverse flora and fauna of the mighty Amazon. During the night, enjoy stargazing through high quality telescopes aboard the ship



Arrival in Iquitos/Manatee Rescue Center/transfer to the Airport

You arrive back at Iquitos and disembark from the ship. En route to the airport for your onward flight, you make a stop at the Manatee rescue Center wherein you get an opportunity to admire the orphaned manatees that have been rescued.

Terms & Conditions
Medical and Health: Guests should be in good physical health in order to be able to make the most of their cruise. Exploring the area involves the use of small, motorized skiffs and at times may include some wet landings. Daily excursions may include walking on irregular terrain, and getting in and out of the skiffs occasionally requires some physical effort. Walking excursions may last up to one hour. Malaria and yellow fever vaccinations are not required for Peru bound travelers coming into the Amazon region, but are recommended.

Trip Cancelation Insurance:  Travelers are strongly advised to purchase trip cancellation insurance, which will reimburse the cost of air tickets and other non-refundable trip payments. International medical, baggage loss, and delay insurance are also recommended. We assume no liability for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Dietary Needs: Please contact us at least 60 days prior to embarkation regarding travelers’ specific dietary needs. Every effort will be made to cater to special dietary needs, and to accommodate special requests, subject to a given product’s availability.
